Being good at this is currently unprovable.
So it goes unpaid. Buyers cannot tell careful agencies from careless ones, so everyone competes on price.
Rating 870per 1,000
870 qualified meetings per 1,000 submitted in the audit period. It is a count, not an opinion.
- Sample
- At least 20 meetings, across at least two campaigns and two months. Millesimal picks them.
- Recompute
- At each renewal, on the last twelve months.
- Publication
- Only with your written consent.
20 meetings you have already booked
Written notes only. Within a week, a private report shows which criteria your meetings would fail and where your notes cost you disputes. Free for the first two agencies.
A receipt for every meeting you book
One line in your calendar invite. The prospect confirms the meeting to us. Your client gets a free certificate, and contested meetings are ruled on at no extra charge.
A number you decide when to share
A private rating statement at day 60. Your contracting clients can ask to see it. Anyone else needs your written consent. Certification follows once there is enough to audit.
Buyers trust a rating more than a case study.
A case study is your pick
Every agency has a few good logos. Buyers know you chose them, so they give them little weight.
A rating is someone else’s pick
We pick 20 meetings from at least two campaigns and months, judged against a definition published in advance.
It moves the talk away from price
When quality cannot be measured, buyers compare on price. A score gives a careful agency something to charge for.
How certification works.
An audited share of your submitted meetings that met the Standard over a set period. You may not present it as an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee.
| Item | Terms |
|---|---|
| Initial | An audit of 20 meetings, your rating and a verification page. Fee confirmed on enquiry. |
| Renewal | Yearly, at a lower fee than the first audit, recalculated on the last twelve months. |
| Founding member | First five agencies only: a reduced rate for three years and a founding member listing, for backing an unproven standard. |
| The sample | Millesimal picks them from your submitted meetings. You do not choose which meetings are audited. |
| Use of the mark | State your current rating and link to your verification page. Never imply another rating, use the mark after it lapses, or suggest Millesimal recommends you. |
| Lapse | Certification lapses without renewal, and you may withdraw at any time. Either way your past rating stays, marked historic. You are told this when you sign. |
| Suspension | Falsified evidence means suspension, made public. It is the only adverse fact about a named agency we publish without consent. |
The fee is not negotiable: a negotiable price suggests a negotiable rating. Founding member terms are stated openly above.
What certification costs you.
Be sure of these four things before you sign, not at renewal.
Put the definition in the contract first.
The most useful step costs nothing. Agree in writing what a qualified meeting is before outreach starts.
Most disputes we settle start because this was never agreed.
Record the ICP when the campaign starts
Dated and in writing, with the employee band and any timing condition stated so they can be checked. If it is too loose to rule against, do not launch.
Ask for the suppression list
Without a list, a buyer cannot object under criterion 7. Asking is free and removes your most common dispute.
Name the vendor in the invitation
Criterion 5 depends on what the attendee accepted. Name the vendor and say the meeting is commercial, and the invitation will hold up.
First five agencies get the founding rate.
Held for three years, with your name on the site.
